Before the wedding he was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions, he is laid back and easy to work with. and was always very easy to get in touch with (our contact was primarily over e-mail). Our wedding day faced a few challenges (lots of rain, outdoor ceremony, indoor/outdoor, last minute changes) but when we got our video back you would never have known it! We barely knew that Tom was there during our day but the video was amazing! He captured all of the details, most important moments and even some parts we missed!!
